The best prices I can find with a quick search on RVT range between 38K for the 2018 to 41K for the 2020. I don't know about differences between models but that price variation with the change in years seems about normal (or even a bit less than normal). I was searching nationwide and location can have a pretty sizable impact on price due to transport costs.
For 3K I'd easily grab the 2020 to avoid depreciation. These things aren't like cars that have miles. The only real metric to go by when shopping is model year. And RV value falls like a stone.... way more than 3K in 2 years.
