Last year, I had to decide between a Montana and a Bighorn. I bought the Bighorn partly because it was '4 season rated' and also 'Full time' rated. I know that may be just advertising but I am happy with mine. And there was a 7000 pound axle option for mine (3010RE) which I also got.
In your situation, I would probably go with the floor plan you like best and replace the things that are easy to do.
Make a list with 2 columns, one for each fiver. List all the pro's and cons for each, possibly in order of importance. Put check marks next to the cons that can be easily changed. It may help to see it all in print.
