I just got my 2016 3711FL Montana back from warranty work. It was done at a camping world that I did not buy it from. Similar to your problem, some of the minor problems like a badly installed side aluminum side skirt ( rippled and coming out of trac) , bubbles in the roof and a couple of other minor problems Keystone would not fix. They said if it wasn't noted at the dealer then they wouldn't warrant it. The more serious, a slide out cable ready to break, awning coming out of the trac and the bedroom AC not working properly, they took care of. The AC problem was the fan fell off. I called Dometic first and they said have it fixed and call us if you have an issue getting it done. I did not.
So point is try contacting the manufacturer, I have on several occasions and got results. For instance, the dealer lost the back plate on the fireplace remote,I called the Manufacturer and they sent me a new remote, not questions. But the most important is to KILL THEM WITH KINDNESS. IT goes a lot further than threats. Also you could try emailing Keystone Owners but if a dented refridge (I'm assuming that is what reefer is in your email) is all,I would say they are going to consider it minor and not take care of it. I don't get the 125 a month to run? Also you could try the states department of Lemon laws, even though they may not have lemon laws for RVs they may offer to help, they did with my boat several years ago.
