Bought a 2015 Montana 3611 rl legacy. In one year, water heater did not work on electric, rope lights burned out, thetford toilet would not hold water, shower door latches fell off, backup camera did not work, furion replaced a great company!. Black water handle would not close, fixed twice.. Skirting flaps in the wind over the tires, vinyl mounding split from sun and came off all by itself over the awning and the trim under roof.. Interior mounding at ceiling hiding led lights came down just yesterday.Carpet is wearing very fast!. Keystone is absolutely useless with customer support.. Their reply is take it to your dealer. Keystone is owned by THOR INDUSTRIES, ! My opinion is stay away.. No quality control, cheap substandard materials, lack of factory support..THOR also owns airstream, mobile suites, Tahoe, keystone k-z and others... Do your home work, stay away from Thor....just my experience...my opinion,,,, others may disagree... Just check...... Thor does own grand design... How bout REDWOOD.forget it... They own redwood too....
