Heartland isn't without their faults too. An older couple we camp with unloaded there '15 Big Country earlier this year after multiple nagging issues including the bottom of the shower wasn't reinforced and cracked. The last straw was the AC's wouldn't cool the camper during the summer and the dealer and Heartland basically ignored there issue.
