That picture frame adapter in the photo above will accommodate most all standard hitches. The new B&W does not need the adapter which is like $400. The B&W drops down into the pucks directly, pretty slick.
I already have a hitch so I'd most likely just get the adapter. If I didn't have a hitch I'd go with the new B&W.
