No, I have never lubed the jacks since I didn't know that it was necessary. However, today I worked with the mobile repairman and we lubed the jacks. He replaced the drive motor and clutch. We worked the jacks manually and they seem to be okay but the problem still exists. The only thing left is to replace the jacks. I will never buy another Heartland product. Not just because of the jacks but because of the multitude of problems we have had with this trailer.
