Motorcycle on 5ver.
Anybody tried carrying an 800 lb motorcycle on the back of their 5ver? How did it work? I am wanting to build a hydraulic lift for mine

It does look kinda thin doesn't it. I had ordered 3/16 wall tubing to be more than safe but when 1/8 came I decided safe and a little lighter was even better than over doing it. I'm feel pretty confident in the strength of the steel..... when I get it done I'll have to lift the bike and then get a couple 200 lb acrobats to bounce on the end of the carrier and make sure it's solid. The horizontal piece of 2x4 rectangular tube is over sized for sure.....it is .25" wall.
