I've used Baxley chocks on all my bikes. I have three sport chocks and one LA Chock. I've trailered cross-country twice with them and they are useful in the garage, in the pits, and on my motorcycle lift. They are extremely well made. The only straps you use are two from the frame of the motorcycle pulling forward towards the chock. You just roll the bike into the chock (it will stand on its own), then put on the straps. The chocks are bolted to the floor, and could be adapted to e-channel. I only have my straps on the e-channel; I bolt the chocks through the wood floor and into one of the steel cross-bars that the plywood floor is screwed to.
