Mountaineers versus Montana's by Keystone

We bought a mountaineer last spring. Love it. sil has a 10 year old mountaineer and reports no problems. Uncle has a montana. No problems. Get what you want.

The Mountaineer line is no longer in production.

We have a 38' Montana High Country and have been severely disappointed in the workmanship. The dealer had to re-caulk all of the interior cabinet door panels because they fell out. The cable slides needed several adjustments, just a lot of little aggravating things.

Looks like the High Country are a little shorter , but still the shortest is the 293RK 32'11" which is a rear kitchen, but still a little longer then the op is looking for.

You are not going to find what you want in either one

Mountaineer 291RLT 34'2"
Montana 3100RL 35'3"

Neither one is a rear kitchen, and both are the shortest offered.

The Montana is the higher grade if you will, the Mountaineer is the cheaper of the two. As far as quality thats up for debate.
