Moving a 5th/W
A friend of mine has someone who needs a 5th/W moved about 280mi. What do you think I should get money wise. It's only one way.

A guy that did some work for me called me up and asked if I would accept a job moving a fifth wheel.
Without asking any questions I declined the job, for all the reasons that have been mentioned in this thread.
Bottom line, I didn't need the money and therefore I was unwilling to accept all the unknown risks involved.
