I wouldn't bother with a 12V impact wrench, most are pretty underpowered. Make sure you have the right sockets and a breaker bar for you lug nuts(or a 4 way lug wrench). Mine are the same as my truck, so I use its lug wrench. A Trailer aid is handy, if it'll work for your unit. I would change a tire with whatever you plan to use on the road at home. I have a 3/4 inch piece of treated plywood about twice the width of the trailer aid for use on soft ground. I have a number of pads made with 2 X 10's for under jacks and to level. some are cut with 45 deg as a ramp; some double layer for height.
I carry 2 spares!! Once I had a blowout; the tread on the blown tire ripped the valve stem off the adjacent wheel. It was just about sunset in the middle of nowhere, did I mention NOWHERE. Never again!
Lots of good ideas above, choose which you feel you'll most likely need.

On the electric impact I was talking about a dewalt 20v cordless.
