And its only problem. its a 2002 keystone cougar 281 efs. how hard would it be to fix the delamination on it.

I had a similar repair done to our 5th wheel. Had a shop that does RV and boat fiberglas repair. They replaced panels on both sides from the front to about the middle of the bedroom windows like in your pictures. The charged about $1500. Good luck.
