Great advise, go to Craig's list and look at the units close to where your living, or going to live. You will end up seeing the good, well kept units and the crud, worn out and misused. But it won't take long to be able to figure out what your going to be interested in and what might work for your family. Here in Arizona buying used from a private sale means no sales tax, that can save you thousands. Take your time and think before just jumping in, the wrong unit is costly when you figure you made a mistake. Many of us can tell you that is so.
