OP'er you need to get all the numbers off the door sticker. Especially the yellow payload sticker. Off hand I would say you would be ok but it will depend if the F150 has been maintained.
I have a 2004 Expedition with the 5.4 that has 247,000 miles on it. Still runs and drives good.
2010 should have the 5.4 in it. While not the fastest to the top of the hill, it is a very capable motor. Good luck, John
