I understand your dilemma. Our Challenger 33DBB is a bath 1/2 bunk house. We like the 2nd bath, but have 1 sofa and it faces the kitchen. We have have turned the sofa for better view of a rainy day movie. That probably wouldn't work well on a full time basis as one side is very close to either the fridge opening or the stove.
