I tend to agree. In talking to our "trailer guy", he had added a swivel wheel setup to one of his customer's FWs and he hated it. Ended up taking it off after only 1 or 2 trips because the FW was so unstable.
Second thing that occurs to me is whether you =replaced= the OEM bumper tube or just braced it. Even with bracing, the OEM bumper still might be too light and weak for what you're trying to do. Again, JMO...
