I guess you missed the point. Doesn't matter if it's true, doesn't matter if it's real.
I only matters if it's expensive. And my weasel brother "Pro Bono" Johnny will make sure it is.
If litigation costs are 3 times what I paid for my little 5ver, the dealer and/or the manufacturer will take care of whatever is needed.
