As I have pointed out the physical evidence of melted body cord, Internal innerliner wear and external sidewall wear all point to a "Run Low Flex". 40 years experience doing forensic analysis of failed tires and my Engineering Degree are what I bring to the discussion.
Tires do not fail simply because of the zip code of the plant or because the building was painted blue rather than green. This is Science not magic.
