I would expect that answer from a company man. It is obvious that ST tires have a significantly high failure rate. It's one of three things - 1) the zip code, 2) the Engineer, or 3) the Engineer trying to make excuses for the zip code.
I really feel the pain for the guys out there that have to baby those ST tires and still suffer blowouts and trailer damage, only to find out they are going to catch the blame anyway by the tire manufacturer.
