That is why I left Edmonton after almost 25 years, couldn't take the cold any longer. As with any preowned unit look for signs of misuse and abuse paying particular attention to any evidence of structural damage or leaks. Make sure call systems work. Carefully inspect the suspension and brakes as well as tire date codes on an older unit. That is a very nice model as long as it has been well cared for.
