I am thinking about buying a 2017 3500 dodge ram. What do I need to do to transfer my hatch over to that truck.

Ok lets see if I can make this clearer. I'm looking at the OE Series Dodge Industry Standard Adapter(picture frame). It looks like this should drop right into place in the bed. Then it looks like I should remove my hitch from my rails and set it on the picture frame. Then I should be ready to go.
