I am thinking about buying a 2017 3500 dodge ram. What do I need to do to transfer my hatch over to that truck.

Make sure you get a great deal on the Ram, just seen an ad for $17K off sticker for Ram dually. If the Ram your looking at has the factory 5th wheel setup then yes you should be able to set your pic frame in then set your hitch on without any issues.
