I hope you got everything in writing regarding swapping out seating or other issues.
In an ideal world, the dealer will make it right but if something happens a written agreement allows you to hold the dealer's feet the fire if he "forgets" about what was agreed to.
It could be as simple as an email confirming what was agreed to and asking him to confirm that you are understanding it correctly.
