It is possible, many FWs, mine included has an extra hole in shackles to raise with. However, with a TH, may not be the case, due to added weight, putting more stress on extended shackles. If you do have them, might be an option, but I'd lower front first, and go from there. Weighing a TH with empty garage may give a false indication of future axle weights. A TH is typically pin heavy, to offset the weight of garage loading. Good to get it weighed though, to also check for truck RAWR/tire rating.
In the pics, it looks like the truck has very little squat. As the trailer gets heavier, especially in front of axles, it may squat a little, helping with the nose-high, and bed rail clearance.
