When we had our 38' fifth wheel, a Wilcat, we had lots of movement in there when DH (who is a big man) walked around, but also when our youngest daughter moved. You can feel her walking through our S&B house, too. We put JT Strongarms on - 2 sets in the front and 1 set in the back. It helped tremendously. We also added the Torqlift Glowstep Revolution, which cut out 99% of the movement of the fifth wheel when someone walked on the steps.
We purchased a 43' Sandpiper last June and we transferred the Glowsteps over, but we left the JTs on the one we sold. Our new one has the LevelUp system on it and there is very little movement using only wheel chocks.
You might want to just wait until you try it out a few times to determine if you need to install the JTs, Steadyfast or other added stabilizers or if you are good to go.
Yes, make sure you have a good hitch (everybody has their own opinion about those), enough cord for the power and enough sewer hose and you will be good to go. After a night or two, then determine whatever else you might need and do some research on that problem. Don't go spending lots of money on stuff you will end up selling in another year or two because you don't need them.
