What you've described is chucking. Others have hit on potential fixes. To summarize, you need to get your weights, determine if your TV is adequate, determine if a GN is appropriate for your FW, and find a dampening solution. I'm not familiar with GNs, but any of the dampening pin boxes should solve the chucking problem assuming everything else is okay.
