Not sure what is being called bull.
But I do know this for a fact.
My first 5th wheel had the fresh water tank near the front and the waste water tanks in the rear. Rear bathroom unit.
After dry camping for several days when fresh water tank was near empty and waste tanks near full the trailer would not tow well and it did what I would call chucking.
If I would stop and dump the waste tanks and fill the fresh water tank (which significantly increased my pin weight percentage) the trailer would tow like a dream with no chucking.
