New 5th wheel doesn't tow well

I'm actually pretty surprised I haven't seen more on the issues posted in the forums. In talking to folks since I had my problems I've encountered numerous folks who have had issues once I start talking with them. The difference really doesn't make sense when you compare it to reviews etc you read.
