New 5th wheel doesn't tow well

for some reason I can't link to a photo bucket picture of my setup showing the Andersen frame and adapter block positioning options ... the forum continually drops with error "the site lost connection temporarily" or some other unhelpful error message.

trying yet another edit... nope - "Safari cannot open the page because the server has temporarily lost connection. Try again later...

nope ... refuses to bring up the pic ... I've done this for years without issue in the past. Trying from TrailerLife portal (thanks for the suggestion below)
