Cash is king. Start at 35% off and work up to 25-30%. And Ralph Cramden,you can(should) go over any umit with a fine tooth comb. Our PDI on an ordered unit took over 3 hours and we found 13 problems, 7 if which were big items. You don't sign accepting the unit till you're satisfied.
