New Cardinal 403fkle Permanent housing

We just bought a new 5th wheel. Once it gets to TN it will never move unless it has to go in the shop. Any tips on permanent installations? It has a 6 point leveling system so can it just rest on those and keep the tires off the ground?

I have a Carriage Cameo that I live in full time on a cement pad on my own land. Just have the levelers (Big Foot) down and that is it. I can still bring them up and disconnect for travel, if I choose. In case of hurricane, during those months I do have heavy straps from the axles and hitch tied to the ground. I remove them after hurricane season, so I won't trip over them. Some parks require you tie down your rig, but this is permanent and you can't move unless you cut them.
  • In a park or on private property??
A park might require to be up on blocks, but either way I would put it on blocks just to make it rock solid if parking long term.
  • On ground or in the air your tires will be unsafe five years after manufacture.
