I said months ago in a similar post that "Thor" building a ( by name which they purchased) Carriage would be nothing more than Lipstick on a pig, based on the experiences I've had with Thor products in the past. I was told by some I was nuts and that Thor was bringing the "Carriage" back. I'll say it again, it'll never happen in the context of it being a Carriage equivalent.
Reading many of the posts here just validates the issues this company has. It's too big and is more or less the Walmart of RV manufactures. Looks good on the outside.
The days of quality built RV's by smaller companies like Carriage, Sunnybrook, etc. are almost gone. You want a good one you will pay for it. Many of the large manufactures just put in eye grabbing interiors and features that sell. The problem is everything there built on and with are mostly junk. Employee's can be hired a dime a dozen and quality does not exist.
