In my opinion... IF the trailer was used for FT and on the road most of the time , I would do ALL options.. but then again , I am good at spending other peoples money !.... Since the unit sounds like it will be parked MOST of the time... I would go with #1 only.... Save the dollars on the IS ( I have this ) and the pin box ( I have a version) .... They are great for rolling down the road,,, not for sitting.... save your money and put it towards something else... Good Luck... Happy Camping...Joe
