Document =everything= you can with pictures, and do it =before= the stealer picks it up. Lots and lots of pictures. After they rebuild it, if you have any future issues, =immediately= take pictures to document them. If the stealer gives you any grief, go right to the manufacturer and don't take "no" for an answer; climb as high up the food chain there as you can, even to the President's office. FWIW, you're far from alone, unfortunately. If they're still recalcitrant, don't be afraid to drop a hint that you're documenting this in a public forum...and DO IT! Post pictures here and in the owner's group. Keep everything professional, factual and detailed. Creating a log book helps, too.
