The issue with the DRV is we'd have to have 2 of the kids on a sofa bed and then the 3rd on a cot. Not ideal. The toy hauler is more ideal but obviously not built to the same standard as the DRV.
If we do go with something other than DRV I would upgrade the brakes to disc brakes, upgrade the tires, and probably install a tankles water heater.
