Very true about the beds in the rear but they are usually the extra beds, there is the master bedroom over the nose of most toyhauler. This has no master bedroom in the nose. The only sleeping area is in the garage, so if you want to have a quick stopover to rest, you'll have to unload your gear to get to the bedroom, or sleep on the couch. That's a deal breaker for me for sure.
Yes, but for those people looking for a smaller, lighter toy hauler, this offers an alternative. Not everyone is looking for smaller and lighter.
I totally understand what you are saying, though. Yes, it will be an inconvenience if you want to lay over somewhere. However, they did say this is something that has not been done before.
It's not easy trying to come up with new ways to arrange and use the same basic space. I suggest to anyone who wants to try it to download Google SketchUp (the free version) and try your hand at it. At one time I thought I could come up with better stuff myself, but it's just not so easy. I have been playing with different ideas in SketchUp for over a year, and I just now came up with something I think could really work. Some people would complain about my idea....that they can't stretch out on the couch and watch TV. To me, if I want to sit around and watch TV, I can just stay at home and not spend money on fuel.
