New Hitch
If I were to buy a new hitch of a different brand, would it fit on the rails already installed to my truck bed? Basically, are the rails universal for 5th wheel hitches?

You would need to measure the distance between rails, measure the distance between the slots and the size of slots in current rails
Then you would need the measurements of the spread between hitch 'legs' and if the tabs will fit the slots of rails and if the tabs will line up with the slots
