I was in the same boat with my old hitch. I bought a new truck, and figured it was time for a new hitch. There was nothing wrong with the old hitch at the time, but didn't want to drill holes for it, and change hitch 1-2 years later.
Oh yah, I bought a B&W, and like it. It comes apart, so not too heavy to lift.
If $$$ are not a problem, I surely would put a new hitch in now!!
