Well we bought used both times.
We were getting back into camping and wanted a small investment in case we didn't like it as well as before.
We found a grand old 1986 King of the Road, with a very soft floor in the last 4' to 6' and bad tires, picked up for next to nothing. I fixed the floor and the other small issues, oh New tires before the tow home (150 miles). We enjoyed that sweet rig for three years before getting the bug for something a little bigger.
Current rig is the Copper Canyon, sweet 33' unit, almost zero issues, this should be our retirement rig.
This is the Great old King of the Road.
