I just paid 26900 for a Sunnybrook that sold for ~54k in 08... half price. That was less than NADA average retail before adding the factory options and all the things the first owner added. It was very well maintained and the guy added solar, power monitor, accumulator, charge wizard, extra fantastic fans, upgraded sound/speakers, 5th airborne/sidewinder and a few more things. He even gave me all the cords/extension cords, adaptors, water hoses, good sewer hoses and all the fittings.... it's ready for camping. Craig
