It's not difficult to troubleshoot. Start with your plug on the truck with your meter and identify the ground in the plug, then identify the pairs that work. Remember that signals are just right and left brake lines. If they are on the plug, are they blinking?
Verify that you are getting the voltage on the right numbers on the plug. If they blink on the truck, they should show up blinking on the plug too.
