OK the Sailun Part # 8244393 is the same size tire - @ $179.99 but has a lower weight rating - -126 ( 3748 #)

The 5540992 @ $130.99 has a 129 load rating - (4079 #)
Both are 14 PR and L (75MPH) speed rating
5540992 has a sidewall spec of TL and the other does not have sidewall rating listed
Anyone know what the sidewall spec means?
For me - I would pop for the $130 per tire.
