Back to your original question. Pulling a 5th wheel not much difference. Wide on turns and watch the tail swing. Extra room for braking like any trailer. When backing it will take a few more feet to start turning. Once it starts it will turn quick. Since you pull trailers regularly you should have no problems adapting.
