A 30’ toy hauler will by necessity limit other internal storage, and you will of course be living in the garage. You are swapping creature comforts for the toys you want to haul. In the 30’ unit I don’t see a lot of storage anywhere.
We bought a 31’ motorhome with bunk beds to allow us to take our then 3 yo great nephew along, and a place to store dog kennel, cat cage and litter box. Sounded great till we brought the kid along and found no place for his stuff. So he lives out of the back pack.
Just go slow on the selection process.
