Don't blame the RV manufacturers. They just take a page from the sucessful business model that IKEA uses - build 80% of the unit and have the end user finish off the remaining 20%. Wouldn't suprise me in the least that within 10 years, all towable RV's will come in a very heavy flat box which includes a huge bag of fastners.
That were sold in the 80's and became Extreme rv.
They were then bought by Weekend Warrior before they went out of business. I think now they are called Extreme Warrior .
