What is GVW of the 5er you''re wanting to tow...not dry or empty weight, but actual GVW? That is a more realistic weight to use to determine if your truck is capable..Take 20% of 5er's GVW to figure how much pin weight you'll be putting in the bed of your truck..
I'd also want E rated tires on the truck, especially the rear, instead of P rated tires...P rated tires weight rating probably too low for 5er pin weight.
