You need to get lubrication in the screw on the arm. DO NOT use grease or oil, use a dry lube. When I have my jacks down, I spray slide lube on the screw, when they are retacted, the lube gets inside the part that moves when operated. After repeating this sveral times, I only do it once a year and after driving in rain.
