Non-AZ resident, can we register a fiver in AZ? Should we?

This is a helpful link, but probably not in the way intended. The web site says you must register it in Arizona only if certain criteria are met. The only criteria that appears to apply is that if owner stays in the state for more than 7 months in the year it has to be registered in Arizona.
