We've had our 27-5L since mid August and have put about 3,800 miles on it. After a trip from Oregon to Colorado in September we had a few minor things that needed warranty attention. I agree with others on how sturdy they are built. I have a small warranty thing that needs looked at now, my dealer is 75 miles away, but they suggested I talk to a local place to see if they would do work for on a Northwood warranty job. I myself wouldn't worry too much about the dealer being in your back yard for warranty work as I've heard other AF folks get the authorization from NW.
